Push cuticles back, buff the nail bed, clean with alcohol wipe

Apply glue to the natural nail, then to the nail tip

Apply the nail tip at an angle, starting from the cuticle and press down to the tip of the nail and hold for 15 seconds

Optional: Apply cuticle oil to nourish the cuticles

Place nails in a bowl of warm water (add a couple drops of dish soap & oil) soak for 10-15 minutes

Use a cuticle stick to gently lift the nail. If needed, soak longer

Buff away any remaining glue

How to Measure Your Nails At Home

Place a piece of clear tape across the widest part of your nail bed

Use a pen to mark the edge of each sidewall (where your nail meets the skin) on the tape.

Remove the tape and place it on a flat surface.

Use a ruler to measure the distance between the two marks in millimeters (mm).

Choose the right size sticky tab, place slightly below the cuticle (not touching it), and press firmly to seal. Optional: use a blow dryer for a few seconds to warm the adhesive for stronger hold.

Press nail tip on at an angle starting at the cuticle, then press firmly down to the tip for 15 seconds.
