  • All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing before your order is started. Processing times may vary depending on my current schedule and the day your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the fulfillment method used. For supplier-made items (such as apparel), delivery typically takes 12–21 business days total from the order date.

  • Yes! You can submit inspiration photos through email for custom sets, and we’ll work to recreate a similar look tailored to you.

  • Each set includes everything you need for application, including adhesive options, a nail file, cuticle stick, and prep essentials.

  • With proper prep and application, press-on nails can last up to 4 weeks

  • Yes! With proper care and gentle removal, your sets can be reused multiple times.

  • Due to the custom-made and hygienic nature of press-on nails, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is due to an error on my end, I'll work with you to make it right.

Policies

How important is accurate sizing?

Providing accurate nail measurements is essential for the best fit. Each set is custom-made based on the sizes submitted at checkout, so please double-check your measurements or purchase a sizing kit if you're unsure. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer. If you'd like a replacement set because the submitted sizes were incorrect, a remake fee may apply.

Do you offer remakes?

Yes! Your satisfaction is important to me. I may send photos of your completed set for approval before shipping to ensure the design meets your expectations. If, after receiving your order, you have concerns about the quality or craftsmanship of your nail set, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I'll gladly review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a complimentary remake.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Absolutely! I'll communicate with you about when I plan to begin creating your custom nail set. Until production begins, you're welcome to request design changes or cancel your order. Once I have started creating your set, changes and cancellations are no longer available since each order is handmade specifically for you.
